DANU Technologies boat wins Three Peaks Yacht Race

The DANU Technologies team have won the 34th PowerBar 3 Peaks Yacht Race.  The entire race involves a total of 389 miles of difficult coastal sailing, 26 miles of cycling and 72 miles of running, with approximately 14,000 feet of ascent.  The Irish team comprised sailors Glen Ward, DANU's own John Prudhoe and Andrew Miles, and runners Deon McNeilly and Gary Bailey.


DANU welcomes Fiona Walsh as Sales Director of our BSM & BI division

The Team at DANU is pleased to announce that Fiona Walsh joined DANU Technogies on 1st May 2011 as Sales Director for our BSM & BI Division. Fiona joins DANU from SAP, the world leader in ERP solutions, where she held a number of senior roles both at SAP HQ in Germany as well as in Ireland as Country Manager and Business Development Manager.  

Fiona is a member of the ISA Public procurement working group and participates in a number of other Forums.  Fiona enjoys excellent C level relationships in many of the top Irish organisations and has a proven track record in sales and relationship management which she will bring to bear at DANU.

At this talk Ciaran outlined how the Cloud is allowing SME's and Start-up access to levels of resources previously out of reach for all but a few larger established enterprises.

DANU is delighted to announce that Ciaran Treanor has joined the management team and board of the company as our fourth Technology Director.

Ciaran's functional responsibility is as CTO of our Business Service Management and Business Intelligence solution areas. Ciaran brings a wealth of software product development and product management experience to the company having lead the architecture and design of several market leading enterprise software applications across a number of industries. Ciaran further strengthens the technology management team in DANU in the SaaS and Cloud Computing domains.
